The German CHIP Registry is a free service for affected individuals to help better understand and treat CHIP in the future.
The German CHIP Registry allows data from affected individuals to be analyzed over long periods of time and important findings to be incorporated into health care.
Enrolling in the German CHIP Registry allows you to actively participate in a strong network focused on CHIP. The system is equivalent to a full-fledged electronic health record (eHR) and affected individuals have full sovereignty over their health data. All health data is managed pseudonymously on secure servers in Germany and can be requested, shared with their treating physicians or even deleted on request.

In addition, so-called “managed care programs” help to reduce the risk of patients in the long term in a personalized manner. On request, we can also provide an overview of current studies in the area of CHIP. We would be pleased to support you!
